Metro Manila is still under Storm Signal No. 1 in the latest weather update of PAGASA issued at 5:00 pm Tuesday, September 27, 2011. Due to heavy rains brought by Typhoon Pedring, some parts of NCR are still flooded until this hour of posting. DepEd has announced already suspension of classes in some areas of Metro Manila.
